We have worked with Suburban Door for many years. They have always been kind and courteous. The gentleman on site has been very knowledgeable about our door but didn't try to push us into buying a new door right away.I'm glad to see that you are still providing good service as you did 10 years ago.

Came out to replace our garage door and was simple and easy. Took the time to answer questions, show styles and explain differences. Gave 3 quotes for 3 different doors and we had time to pick. Never pressured. Installation happened within 2 days and was wonderful. So easy to reach an actual person too. Very happy!

Jamie and Katie were absolutely AMAZING! I would recommend this couple to ANYONE with pure confidence. I talked to them over the phone, sent an email of exactly what I wanted and they installed with out us ever even seeing each other! SOO trustworthy, I left my side garage door open for the estimate and installation. They also cleaned up everything, and locked the side door behind them! What more do you want?!? PLEASE DON’T HESITATE TO CHOOSE SUBURBAN DOOR because I am drunk in love with them and my new sexy garage door and opener!!

I’m very impressed with the service and product I received for suburban door.
I had a horrible experience with Lowes, their subcontractors and their product. Suburban door was amazing. I spoke DIRECTLY to them at their office and saw samples. Joe was the install guy and he called ahead of time to give me heads up. He got the job done in a half day and was very friendly and funny while he was here.

I hope I won’t need a new garage door but if I ever do I’ll be calling suburban door. Also they are in some way associated with a charter fishing operation and I’m looking forward to their offer of 10% off of a fishing charter with purchase of a door.
